I did complete the firmware update as documented on ZDNet but it has had absolutely ZERO effect. Contacts are still slow and as is the settings panel. Thank god that these two things I do not have to load very often. I would be very annoyed if I had to. The overall speed (or lack there of) still disappoints me, but its still the damn bestest fone I evaaar had!!!
